We couldn’t have asked for a better day to celebrate the official Grand Opening of SimplyDwell Homes’ newest community, Deer Park! On Saturday, July 11th, we opened our doors to welcome families, future homeowners, and local realtors for an afternoon of neighborhood fun, and the turnout was absolutely incredible.

The Deer Park community was buzzing with excitement. Guests toured our Phase 1 site plan and got an exclusive first look at the community while enjoying a fantastic playlist of today’s hits and yacht rock favorites.

Because building a community is all about bringing people together, we made sure there was something for everyone:

• Delicious Eats: Smokin Mama Lora’s BBQ Truck served up incredible savory bites, while Carousels Ice Cream Truck kept everyone cool with sweet summer treats.

• Backyard Games: Things got playfully competitive with our life-sized Connect 4, Jenga, Cornhole, and Plinko boards.

What an unforgettable Saturday! On August 22nd, SimplyDwell Homes proudly hosted the Grand Opening of Madera at Wellen Park, and the day was nothing short of spectacular. We loved seeing so many RSVPs turn into smiling faces as the community came out to celebrate with us.

(August 4, 2026) – SimplyDwell Homes will host a Grand Opening celebration for Madera at Wellen Park on August 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The event will feature a food truck, various activities and a tethered hot air balloon ride that will allow guests a unique perspective overlooking the Wellen Park area.
