SimplyDwell Homes Donates $2,500 to Sponsor Palma Sola Botanical Park’s Winter Nights Under the Lights

BRADENTON, Fla. (January 8, 2024) – SimplyDwell Homes, a new homebuilder focused on building homes for budget-conscious buyers, donated $2,500 to sponsor Palma Sola Botanical Park’s Winter Nights Under the Lights in December. Palma Sola Botanical Park, located near Robinson Preserve on 17th Ave NW in Bradenton, FL, is a 10-acre green space that showcases a collection of rare palms, fruit and flowering trees, and other subtropical plants. It is frequently used for weddings and other events. The Winter Nights Under the Lights event ran December 13-17 and offered visitors the opportunity to experience acres of festive lights, visits with Santa, live holiday music, food trucks, hot cocoa and cider, children’s crafts, a tree decorating contest and more. “Supporting the Winter Nights Under the Lights festival was a great way for us to be a part of the Bradenton community,” said SimplyDwell Homes President Jag Rupnarain. “Sponsorships like ours help keep this event free for the community, and we enjoy supporting the communities where we build, live and work.” SimplyDwell Homes offers a straightforward and simple purchasing and construction process, making the dream of home ownership more attainable for first-time and budget-conscious buyers. SimplyDwell communities are positioned near schools, parks, shopping centers and activities to foster thriving communities. SimplyDwell is currently building seven homes just across the street from Booker High School in Sarasota and has also started construction on a community named Broadleaf in Parrish. Broadleaf will consist of 266 homes, a dog park, pavilion and children’s play areas when completed, which is scheduled in the next three years. SimplyDwell Homes is focusing its attention on building in Manatee County and Sarasota County first but will soon be breaking ground on a second community in Lee County called Owl Creek, which will have approximately 341 homes at buildout. In total, the company has identified six planned communities from Manatee County to Lee County. Those interested in learning more about SimplyDwell Homes should visit www.SimplyDwellHomes.com.
